What is a Private Key?

What is a Private Key?

Your "Private key" is a 256 bit Alphanumeric (both letter and number) secret password that you will use to spend or send your bitcoin to someone else. When creating a new bitcoin wallet, it is randomly determined thanks to the cryptographic functions used for security purposes.

Turkish people understand better what they see with their eyes. A "private key" is a password consisting of letters and numbers exactly as follows, and the private key always starts with the number 5.

important reminder…

* The private key is never shared with anyone else, never share it with anyone for any reason anywhere… remember, someone who knows the private key can access all assets belonging to this key.

* In the blockchain crypto money eco system, private keys are created exclusively for you with a one-way function and no copy is kept. For this reason, you should keep this private password without sharing it with anyone, if you forget this password, you will not be able to access your assets and there is no person or institution that can help in this matter.
